I have been eyeing this German Apple Cake recipe for ages! I had some apples lying around and they were getting rotten when I thought I should try this. I had 2 pears getting rotten too. Added that too! But since it had already started rotting I only used up one and a quarter of those 2 pears. The cake was very soft and got more delicious when refrigerated. Do give it a try.
